The Osage Nation hired TriArch to design two wellness centers for them--one in Fairfax and one in Hominy. They wanted TriArch to design a prototype that they could copy in different towns throughout their nation. The wellness center has a large cardio and weight-training area, a large studio for exercising, a mani-pedi station for diabetics to receive hand and foot care, and an administration area for offices and check-in. The wellness center also offers a large outdoor patio for outdoor drills and conditioning. The center is approximately 4,800 sqft and cost $1.2 Million
