The Cherokee Nation wanted to renovate their signature steakhouse at their West Siloam casino to create an atmosphere more inviting to their clientelle. Their original steakhouse was too formal and stuffy, and the casino wanted to make a space that more closely represented the patrons.

TriArch worked with several themes, from rustic finishes to a nature setting. The final design creates sophisticated rustic finishes while also solving some seating and bar challenges. After the renovation, the restaurant went from being one of the least frequented to being the most popular dining venue.
